应用定性反应及薄层层析法检出白头翁汤中小檗碱、七叶甙、七叶内酯、白头翁皂甙A_3皂甙B_4的存在;另用分光光度法测定白头翁汤中小檗碱和七叶甙的含量,发现皆比黄连和秦皮中的含量降低,尤以小檗碱显著。
Qualitative reaction and thin layer chromatography were used to detect the presence of berberine, aesculin, aescin, and Pulsatilla saponin A_3 saponin B_4 in Pulsatillae decoction; another spectrophotometric method was used to determine the berberine and aesculin in Pulsatillae decoction. The content was found to be lower than that in Huanglian and Qinpi, especially berberine.
