泵站竣工运行七年,基本处于正常运行状态.但发现泵房前后池侧墙封闭圈和基础底板混凝土构件严重腐蚀,混凝土构件内钢筋裸露和腐蚀;封闭圈整体浇筑的连接部位,如前后池与右侧转角连接部位均发现外围渗透水流经施工缝隙向里漏水或渗水,并具有一定的水头.上述现状及迹象表明,泵房基础的工程地质及水文地质环境,已不再与前期工程勘测设计及施工阶段的地质边界条件相同.通过水文地质的边界结构、水质化学成分的分析对比,以及对孔与前后池水位动态变化的同步观测,认为前后池存在渗漏问题,并伴随前池高水位工作期间,渗向泵房基础底板及侧墙,使其受到不同程度的扬压力的顶托和侧向附加孔隙水压力是造成泵站厂房地板渗水的成因.提出了相关的建议.
