1930年,Gourtard建立的每天照射一次、每周照射5~6天的延长分割法(或称Gourtard技术),至今仍被大多数放射治疗中心或放疗单位所采用并誉为标准分割法。这种分割技术成为目前对癌症治疗的主要手段。随着放射生物学研究的进展,并根据各类癌症的不同情况,一些放疗工作者又研究了分段分割、单次分割、快速或短程分割、缩减分割以及低剂量率连续分割等放疗方法。本文旨在介绍当前比较受到重视的另一种非标准的分割即超分割或多分割(Hyperfractionation)技术。
In 1930, Gurtard established an extended segmentation method (or Gourtard technique) that irradiates once a day for 5 to 6 days a week. It is still used by most radiotherapy centers or radiotherapy units and is known as the standard segmentation method. This segmentation technology has become the main means of cancer treatment. With the advancement of radiobiological research, and depending on the different conditions of various types of cancer, some radiotherapy workers have studied radiotherapy methods such as segmentation, single segmentation, fast or short-range segmentation, segmentation reduction, and low-dose-rate continuous segmentation. This article aims to introduce another non-standard segmentation, namely hyperfractionation or multi-fractionation (Hyperfractionation) technology, which is currently valued.
