肾小球细胞外基质 (ＥＣＭ)的积聚是许多肾小球疾病的共同特征。近年来 ,新的ＥＣＭ成分不断被发现 ,如Ｔｅｎａｓｃｉｎ(ＴＮ)、Ｕｎｄｕｌｉｎ、骨连接素 (Ｏｓｔｅｏｎｅｃｔｉｎ)和血小板反应蛋白 (Ｔｈｒｏｍｂｏｓｐｏｎｄｉｎ)等 ,其中ＴＮ是ＥＣＭ最重要的成分之一[1 ]
