通过对理想沉淀池的分析可知,沉降速度主要依赖于水池的水面面积及表面负荷率(溢流率)S_0。水表面积越大,除去的颗粒越小其沉降速度也越小。设计水池时考虑到表面负荷率(溢流率)和停留时间,有时把水池再分为几层(图1c),这有利于减小表面负荷率。但是这类水池并未获得普及,原因是排污困难。设计沉淀池时要考虑溢流率(表面负荷率)和停留时间。絮凝沉淀尚无公式,而实验分析是可行的。沉淀池的类型沉淀池可以是平流式的也可是立式的
Through the analysis of the ideal sedimentation tank, it can be seen that the settling velocity mainly depends on the water surface area of the pond and the surface loading rate (overflow rate) S_0. The larger the surface area of the water, the smaller the particles removed and the lower the settling velocity. When designing the pool, taking into account the surface loading rate (overflow rate) and residence time, the pool is sometimes subdivided into several layers (Fig. 1c), which helps to reduce the surface loading rate.
