合成了硬脂酸镧、硬脂酸铈、硬脂酸镨稀土稳定剂。FTIR,DSC分析结果表明:该类稀土稳定剂与PVC有较好的相容性,稳定剂中稀土元素与硬脂酸根之间主要以离子形式相结合。分析了热稳定机理:该稀土稳定剂能够吸收HCl,同时改变PVC的分子链构象,使PVC具有更好的热稳定性能。通过在PVC泡沫塑料中的应用,确定了其复合使用最佳配比硬脂酸镧:硬脂酸铈:硬脂酸锌为1:1:0.5。
Lanthanum stearate, cerium stearate and praseodymium rare earth stabilizer were synthesized. The results of FTIR and DSC show that the rare earth stabilizers have good compatibility with PVC, and the rare earth elements and stearates in the stabilizer are mainly in ionic form. The thermal stability mechanism is analyzed. The rare earth stabilizer can absorb HCl and change the conformation of the molecular chain of PVC, which makes the PVC have better thermal stability. Through the application in PVC foam, the best ratio of composite lanthanum was determined: cerium stearate: zinc stearate was 1: 1: 0.5.
