21世纪是质量的世纪。放射科医疗服务质量是放射诊断质量管理的重要内容。国家卫生部长张文康在1999年初召开的全国卫生厅局长会议上指出:各级医疗机构要坚持“以病人为中心”,有关措施、规章均要立足于方便病人。北美放射学会(RSNA)年会及同期展出的大型医学影像器材设备展览中,陈列的产品从被检者舒适、简便、准确,信息效果及防护等方面来看,均体现出以被检者为中心的理念。国际组织在制订影像质量评价体系及操作规程时,也将被检者辐射剂量纳入其体系与章程中。 如何搞好放射科医疗服务质量,关键在于“转变理念”,而“转变理念”的实质就是要树立科技“以人为本,以病人为中心”的观念,提高全体工作人员质量意识和质量文化素
