在不同阀门开度情况下,对一台低比转速离心泵快速开机过程进行了外特性实验测量研究,获得了转速、流量、扬程和轴功率随时间的变化规律,并对流量和扬程做了无量纲分析.实验结果表明:不同阀门开度情况下的转速上升特性基本相同,与工况点变化无关,流量在启动初期上升较为缓慢,延迟于转速而达到稳定值;并随阀门开度的增加延迟变得迎为严重.启动过程中普遍存在着扬程冲击和轴功率冲击现象.在启动初期,无量纲扬程存在极大值.随后迅速下降至最小值,而后又逐渐上升至一个稳定值;无量纲流量则始终驻现上升趋势,
Under the condition of different valve opening, the experimental study on the external characteristics of a low specific speed centrifugal pump was carried out.
