目的通过临床试验,进行分析动态三维超声诊断胎儿肢体畸形的临床价值。方法以2009年1月至2011年1月在我院进行检查的2867名,孕妇为临床研究对象,经动态三维超声诊断出胎儿畸形的36例孕妇,在检查出胎儿畸形后的进行引产或生产;观察剩余的2831名孕妇正常生产后的婴儿状况。根据所得的2组数据进行分析。结果在用动态三维超声诊断出畸形儿的孕妇进行生产后,有2例婴儿正常,34例为畸形儿。在用动态三维超声检查胎儿身体健康状况良好的2831名中,有4例婴儿畸形,其余婴儿正常。结论动态三维超声诊断的有效率为94.44%。但是漏检率为0.01%。动态三维超声能有效的检查出孕妇腹中胎儿的发育情况,在临床上此方法是一种可靠的诊断方法。
Objective To analyze the clinical value of dynamic three-dimensional ultrasound in the diagnosis of fetal limb deformity through clinical trials. Methods From January 2009 to January 2011 in our hospital for inspection of 2867, pregnant women as clinical research object, dynamic three-dimensional ultrasound diagnosis of fetal malformations of 36 pregnant women, check out the fetus after deformity induction or production ; Observe the remaining 2831 pregnant women after normal production of infants. Conclusion The dynamic three-dimensional ultrasound diagnosis of the effective rate was 94.44%. However, the undetected rate was 0.01%. Dynamic three-dimensional ultrasound can effectively detect the fetus in the belly of pregnant women in the development of this method is a reliable clinical diagnosis.
