目的:了解深圳市某综合医院特需医疗服务医务人员(简称特需医务人员)健康促进生活方式(HPL)的现状,为修正其不健康的生活方式、更好地承担角色功能提供实证依据。方法:采用一般资料调查表、健康促进生活方式量表(HPLP)对60名特需医务人员进行问卷调查。结果:该人群生活方式总体得分(139.80±18.92)分,良好以上占81.67%,条目平均得分(2.69±0.36)分;各分量表平均得分依次为:自我实现(26.12±4.15)分,人际关系(26.01±3.46)分,营养(25.77±3.80)分,压力处理(21.77±3.24)分,健康责任(21.57±4.61)分,运动锻炼(18.57±4.31)分。结论:深圳市某综合医院特需医务人员的运动锻炼、健康责任得分较低,医院管理者应关注其是否将专业知识中有关健康促进的内容带入日常生活行为中,引导并激发其执行健康行为的潜能,指导养成良好的运动习惯,提升健康责任,使之身心健康保持最佳水平,从而提高医疗质量。
Objective: To understand the status quo of health promotion lifestyle (HPL) for special medical services medical personnel in a general hospital in Shenzhen, and to provide evidence for correcting their unhealthy lifestyles and better performing their role functions. Methods: Sixty special medical staffs were surveyed by using general information questionnaire and Health Promotion Living Scale (HPLP). Results: The overall lifestyle score of this population was (139.80 ± 18.92) points, accounting for 81.67% of the total, with an average of 2.69 ± 0.36 points. The average scores of all subscales were: self-actualization (26.12 ± 4.15), interpersonal relationship (26.01 ± 3.46), nutrition (25.77 ± 3.80), stress management (21.77 ± 3.24), health responsibility (21.57 ± 4.61), exercise training (18.57 ± 4.31). Conclusion: The medical workers in a general hospital in Shenzhen need a lower health responsibility score. Hospital administrators should pay attention to whether they bring the content of health promotion in their professional knowledge into their daily life and guide and stimulate their health behaviors The potential to guide the development of good exercise habits, enhance health responsibility, to maintain the best physical and mental health, thereby enhancing the quality of care.
