将小鼠随机分成实验组A,B及对照组共三组。实验组A经80mT磁场处理;实验组B经60mT磁场处理,每日30分钟。15天后测量其肝组织中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力及过氧化脂质(LPO)水平,测试数据的统计处理采用t检验,结果表明,实验组A鼠肝组织中SOD活力显著高于对照组,而B组与对照组无明显差异。A、B两组鼠肝组织LPO水平与对照组比皆有一定降低,但无显著差异。这显示经一定强度的磁场处理一段时间后,小鼠机体清除自由基能力有一定提高
The mice were randomly divided into experimental group A, B and control group of three groups. Experimental group A was treated by 80mT magnetic field; experimental group B was treated by 60mT magnetic field for 30 minutes daily. The activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and lipid peroxidation (LPO) in liver tissue were measured after 15 days. The statistical analysis of test data was performed by t-test. The results showed that the activity of SOD in liver tissue of experimental group A was significantly higher than that of control Group, while there was no significant difference between group B and control group. LPO levels in liver tissue of rats in groups A and B were lower than those in control group, but there was no significant difference. This shows that after a certain intensity of the magnetic field treatment for some time, the body’s ability to scavenge free radicals have increased
