小儿肾盂输尿管交界处狭窄的介入治疗

目的探讨介入治疗小儿肾盂输尿管交界处狭窄的临床效果。方法16例患儿肾盂穿刺成功后,用球囊扩张狭窄段置入8F胆管内外引流管,保留4周拔管。结果随访3~24个月,治愈12例,占75%;好转4例,占25%。结论对治疗的16例患儿临床研究表明,球囊扩张置管术疗效可靠、创伤小,为治疗肾盂输尿管交界处狭窄的重要方法。 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of interventional treatment of pediatric ureteropelvic junction stenosis. Methods 16 cases of children with renal pelvis puncture success, with balloon dilatation and stenosis into the 8F bile duct drainage tube, keep extubation for 4 weeks. The results were followed up for 3 to 24 months, 12 cases were cured, accounting for 75%; 4 cases improved, accounting for 25%. Conclusions The clinical study of 16 children treated showed that balloon dilatation and catheterization is reliable and has less trauma. It is an important method for the treatment of ureteropelvic junction stenosis.
