目的观察辛鹅鼻喷剂对慢性鼻窦炎术后术的临床症状、体征、粘膜上皮化时间的影响。方法将60例慢性鼻窦炎Ⅱ术后患者，按照单纯的随机化方案，以1：1分为中药治疗组和生理盐水对照组，每组各30例。分别用辛鹅鼻喷剂、0.9%生理盐水喷雾术腔，每周一次，连续三月。结果（1）临床结果表明：术后30日两组患者术后上皮化无显著性差异（p＞0.05），两组患者短期病情恢复情况相近。（2）术后第60日、90日两组患者术后病情评估显示治疗组患者症状、体征的改善优于对照组（p＜0.05）。“,” objective: to observe the symplectic goose nasal spray for chronic sinusitis of postoperative nasal cavity lavage clinical symptoms, signs, mucosal epithelial time method: the influence of 60 patients with chronic sinusitis Ⅱ postoperative, according to the simple randomization scheme, with 1:1 divided into Chinese medicine treatment group and normal saline control group, each group 30 cases.
