目的探讨组织工程中细胞与材料粘附作用及其影响因素。方法广泛查阅近期有关细胞与材料粘附作用的文献,综述了组织细胞与材料作用方面的研究工作。结果细胞对材料的粘附特性不仅取决于材料本身,包括材料及其表面性质、表面修饰、表面形态、净电荷、孔隙率及降解速率,而且与细胞表面的分子表达及其材料的相互作用有关。结论定量测定细胞与材料的粘附作用并了解其生物物理机制在组织工程学研究中十分重要。
Objective To investigate the adhesion of cells and materials in tissue engineering and its influencing factors. Methods Extensive reviews of recent literature on the role of cell-to-cell adhesion and review of the role of tissue cells and materials are reviewed. Results The cell adhesion to the material depends not only on the material itself but also on the material and its surface properties, surface modification, surface morphology, net charge, porosity and degradation rate, and on the molecular expression of the cell surface and the interaction of the material . Conclusion Quantitative determination of cell-cell adhesion and understanding of its biophysical mechanisms are of great importance in tissue engineering research.
