钛合金由于具有较高的比强度,耐热及耐腐蚀等重要性能,因而在航空工业和航天技术方面得到了广泛的应用。采用热挤压工艺试制钛合金型材的优点在于:热挤压法使变形金属具有最佳的三向压缩应力状态,从而可以得到较高质量的制品。当采用热挤压工艺时,由于工模具的准备比较简单,所以更换品种的灵活性大大提高,从而亦提高了制品的经济性。
Due to its high specific strength, heat resistance, corrosion resistance and other important properties, titanium alloy has been widely used in aviation industry and aerospace technology. Advantages of using hot extrusion process for trial production of titanium alloy profiles are that the hot extrusion method enables the deformed metal to have the best three-dimensional compressive stress state so that a higher quality product can be obtained. When using hot extrusion process, due to the preparation of the mold is relatively simple, so the flexibility to change the species greatly improved, which also improves the economy of the product.
