目的查明百色水利枢纽库区沿岸鼠疫主要宿主动物和跳蚤的种类构成,了解该地区鼠疫疫源情况,为预防控制鼠疫提供科学依据。方法运用流行病学方法对库区的6个乡镇12个村屯展开调查,采集啮齿动物、指示动物和媒介蚤标本,分离鼠疫杆菌和检测鼠疫F1抗体。结果该地区啮齿动物有2目3科8种,以褐家鼠为优势鼠种;蚤类有3种,以印鼠客蚤为优势蚤种,所有标本检测结果均为阴性。结论百色水利枢纽库区沿岸具备形成家鼠鼠疫自然疫源地的条件,开展鼠疫监测和灭鼠灭蚤是预防控制鼠疫的重要措施。
Objective To identify the species composition of main host animals and fleas in the coastal area of Baise Reservoir, understand the epidemic situation of plague in this area and provide a scientific basis for the prevention and control of plague. Methods Epidemiological methods were used to investigate 12 villages in 6 townships in the reservoir area. Rodents, indicating animals and vector fleas were collected, and Yersinia pestis was isolated and the F1 antibody of plague was detected. Results There were 8 orders, 2 orders, 3 families and 3 rodents in the area. Rattus norvegicus was the dominant species. There were 3 species of fleas. The fleas were dominant fleas, and all specimens were negative. Conclusion It is an important measure to prevent and control plague in developing plague prevention and control of plague on the coast of Baise Reservoir.
