鲁奇加压气化废水中含有大量酚类化合物,分析酚类物质种类和含量对处理这类废水有指导意义。通过将水样溶于丙酮,使用无水硫酸钠小柱除去丙酮溶液中水分的方法对水样进行处理,前处理方法简单方便。使用GC-MS定性分析水样中酚类,并建立了8种酚类目标物的定量分析方法。结果表明,在0.2~20 mg/L的范围内线性良好,回收率在72%~105%之间,相对标准偏差(n=3)为1.4%~7.9%。该方法简单可靠,适用于测定煤气化废水中酚类物质的含量。
Lurgi pressurized gasification wastewater contains a large number of phenolic compounds, the analysis of the type and content of phenolic substances for the treatment of such wastewater has instructive significance. Water samples were dissolved in acetone by using anhydrous sodium sulfate to remove water from the acetone solution. The pretreatment method was simple and convenient. Qualitative analysis of phenols in water samples using GC-MS and establishment of quantitative analysis of eight phenolic targets. The results showed that the linearity was good in the range of 0.2 ~ 20 mg / L, the recovery was between 72% ~ 105%, and the relative standard deviation (n = 3) was 1.4% ~ 7.9%. The method is simple and reliable and is suitable for the determination of phenolic compounds in coal gasification wastewater.
