高校扩招以来学生流动党员日益增多,而医学生专业学习时间紧,学制长,工作任务繁重、压力大,有些还承担科研任务,耽误了政治学习的时间。本文通过对所在医学院校学生流动党员进行调查分析,解析其特点,分析现有的工作现状,提出了一些在目前形势下加强对高校医学生流动党员教育管理的建议。 Since the expansion of enrollment in colleges and universities, the number of mobile party members has been increasing. However, medical students have a long time of professional study, long study schedules, heavy workload, heavy pressure, some of them also undertake scientific research tasks, and delayed the time of political study. Based on the investigation and analysis of the mobile party members in the medical colleges and universities, the paper analyzes the characteristics of the mobile party members in the medical schools and analyzes the current status of the work. Some suggestions are put forward to strengthen the education and management of the mobile party members in the medical school under the current circumstances.
