目的：对海藻酸钠临床应用的纵深发展之势提起重视。方法：微机检索近几年来海藻酸钠临床应用的有关文献。结果：海藻酸钠可用于制备控释制剂、用作创伤修复材料、治疗返流性食管炎、防治放射性损伤、恢复血容量、降血脂、降血糖、治疗习惯性便秘、增强免疫功能等，对改善水质、净化环境有一定经济价值，海藻酸钠无明显不良反应。结论：海藻酸钠的进一步开发，很有前途。 Objective: To pay attention to the in-depth development of clinical application of sodium alginate. Methods: Microcomputers were used to search for relevant literature on the clinical application of sodium alginate in recent years. Results: Sodium alginate can be used to prepare controlled release preparations, used as wound repair materials, treat reflux esophagitis, prevent radiation damage, restore blood volume, lower blood fat, lower blood sugar, treat habitual constipation, enhance immune function, etc. There is a certain economic value in improving water quality and purifying the environment. There is no obvious adverse reaction of sodium alginate. Conclusion: The further development of sodium alginate is promising.
