科学教育除了解释科学自身以外,还必须指向社会。科学教育不只是要使学生获取科学知识,要让学生学习科学方法、养成科学精神,更重要的是还要让学生理解科学知识的社会价值。从科学社会学的视角,认识科学教育,追问科学的本质和科学教育的本质,理解科学知识建构的各种社会因素,懂得社会对科学和科学教育的多方面影响。这种认识,是科学教育不可或缺的组成部分,是当前基础科学教育改革的重要内容,更是提高全体学生科学素养所必需的。这种认识,也希冀引起科学教师职前培养和职后培训中的注意,以更好地促进我国科学教师的专业成长。
In addition to explaining science itself, science education must also point to society. Science education does not only require students to acquire scientific knowledge. It is necessary for students to learn scientific methods and develop scientific spirit. More importantly, students should also understand the social values of scientific knowledge. From the perspective of sociology of science, we should understand science education, ask about the nature of science and the nature of science education, understand the various social factors in the construction of scientific knowledge, and understand the various social influences on science and science education. This kind of understanding is an indispensable part of science education, an important part of the current reform of basic science education, and it is necessary for all students to improve their scientific literacy. This understanding also hopes to arouse the attention of science teachers in pre-service training and post-training in order to better promote the professional growth of science teachers in our country.
