目的研究改良快速骨组织脱钙法应用于骨肿瘤临床病理诊断的价值。方法 40例骨肿瘤患者的骨组织标本随机分为A组和B组,各20份。A组应用改良AF硝酸脱钙液脱钙处理,B组应用传统脱钙方法处理,对比两组的切片情况。结果 A组的病理切片质量明显优于B组,处理时间较B组显著缩短(P<0.05);A组骨髓活检组织切片的厚薄均匀完整、结构与形态清晰、免疫组化染色均匀。结论在骨肿瘤的病理诊断中应用改良快速骨组织脱钙法能够缩短脱钙处理时间,提高切片质量,具有重要应用价值。
Objective To study the value of modified rapid bone decalcification in clinicopathological diagnosis of bone tumors. Methods Bone tissue samples of 40 patients with bone tumor were randomly divided into group A and group B, 20 cases each. Group A was treated with modified AF nitric acid decalcification decalcification, group B was treated with traditional decalcification method, and the slices of the two groups were compared. Results The quality of pathological sections in group A was significantly better than that in group B, and the treatment time was significantly shorter than that in group B (P <0.05). The thickness of bone marrow biopsy in group A was even, the structure and morphology were clear and the immunohistochemical staining was uniform. Conclusion The application of modified fast bone decalcification in pathological diagnosis of bone tumors can shorten the decalcification treatment time and improve the quality of slicing, which is of great value in application.
