回顾 5 0例脑转移瘤全脑照射加多次瘤体内放疗的情况 ,探索临床疗效及其相关因素。 41例 85个病灶经治疗后 3～ 6个月随访表明 ,肿瘤总控制率为 82 .4%。综合 1次全脑照射加多次瘤体内放疗能有效地控制脑转移瘤生长。
Fifty cases of brain metastases were retrospectively treated with whole-body radiation plus multiple radiotherapy in vivo to explore the clinical efficacy and its related factors. Follow-up of 41 cases of 85 lesions 3 to 6 months after treatment showed that the total tumor control rate was 82.4%. Integrated 1 whole brain irradiation plus multiple in vivo radiotherapy can effectively control the growth of brain metastases.
