加强银行业消费者权益保护,银行需强化行为监管、前移保护关口、提升员工意识和能力、完善激励约束机制、加强金融知识宣传教育近年来,虽然监管部门不断加大消费者权益保护工作力度,各银行机构也开展了很多工作,但在当前经济金融形势下,银行业消费者权益保护工作仍面临巨大挑战,亟需正视并妥善解决。
In order to strengthen the protection of consumers’ rights and interests in the banking sector, banks need to strengthen supervision of their behavior, advance the protection of barriers, enhance employee awareness and capabilities, improve the incentive and restraint mechanisms, and strengthen financial knowledge publicity and education. In recent years, though regulatory authorities have continuously stepped up efforts to protect the rights and interests of consumers However, under the current economic and financial situation, the protection of the rights and interests of the banking consumers is still facing great challenges. Therefore, it is urgent to address and properly solve the problems that banks have to carry out.
