2009年3月,浙江省教育厅教研室提出的《语文学科教学建议》中明确指出,低年级不布置课外书面作业。在减负提质的呼声中,很多学校和老师都在摸着“非书面家庭作业”这块石头过河,方法不一,形式多样,但效果却不容乐观,更有甚者有名无实。因此,我们以提升低年级学生完成非书面家庭作业的积极性和实效为出发点,提出了“非书面童心作业”。它从朗读、阅读、创编、操作四方面进行优化设计,相对应“小主播”“小书虫”“小演员”和“小
