根据现有的霍尔锚模型与工艺,建立霍尔锚锚爪模型与现有铸造工艺系统,利用MAGMA软件对其铸造过程进行数值模拟,对粒子追踪和缩松现象进行了分析,指出现有铸造工艺系统存在的缺陷,并提出了改进措施。结果表明,改进后铸造工艺使得粒子流动性和缩松现象得到显著改善。因此,改进后的铸造工艺对企业生产具有重要指导意义。
According to the existing Holzer anchor model and technology, the Hall anchor fluke model and the existing casting process system are established, the casting process is simulated by MAGMA software, and particle tracing and shrinkage are analyzed. It is pointed out that the existing Casting process system defects, and put forward improvements. The results show that the improved casting process leads to a significant improvement in particle flow and shrinkage. Therefore, the improved casting process has important guiding significance for the production of the enterprise.
