《价格月刊》1991年11期刊登了吴慕林、刘方琍同志合写的《农产品比价计算方法研究》一文。该文立论明确,论证有力,确是一篇有独特见解的文章。但文中以不同农产品单位生产成本作为制定农产品比价依据这一前提,推导出农产品内部比价等于交换品单位生产成本成与被交换品单位生产成本之比等几个观点,我们认为值得商榷。一、什么是农产品内部比价问题?该文中以不同农产品的单位生产成本为制定农产品内部比价的依据,推导出农产品内部比价B=(yc+ys-yf)/(yq)÷(Nc+Ns-Nf)/(Nq)。
