The advent of DNA molecular hybridization technology has opened up a new horizon for studying the spread of HB, which can reliably and directly reflect the degree of HBV replication and its infection. In order to further explore the epidemiological significance of utensils in the spread of HBV, we used this technique to test HBV-DNA of utensils (bowls and spoons) and some tea sets for different groups of people in different uses in 1990. The report is as follows. Materials and methods: (1) material: tableware: different groups before and after the use of bowls, spoons and some tea. Enzyme-linked immunosorbent (HBsAg): provided by the Department of Epidemiology, First Military Medical University. ~ (32) P-HBV-DNA probe: HBV-DNA was labeled with [2-32 P] αATP (Amersham 3000ci / mmol) by the Department of Epidemiology, First Military Medical University. Probe sensitivity, measurable 0.37pgHBV-DNA. Polystyrene trace reaction
