目的:探讨妊娠相关血清蛋白A(PAPP-A)、可溶性细胞间黏附分子-1(sICAM-1)和可溶性血管细胞黏附分子-1(sVCAM-1)水平在子痫前期孕妇血清中的表达及检测意义。方法:应用ELISA法检测79例子痫前期孕妇血清sI-CAM-1、sVCAM-1和PAPP-A水平,并与60例正常妊娠作对照。结果:子痫前期组PAPP-A水平明显高于正常对照组(P<0.05);子痛前期组sICAM-1和sVCAM-1水平明显高于正常对照组(P<0.05)。子痫前期组血浆中PAPP-A水平与sV-CAM-1及sICAM-1水平呈正相关,r=0.56、r=0.76,P<0.05。结论:子痫前期发病与广泛的血管内皮细胞激活关系密切;子痫前期患者血清中PAPP-A与sVCAM-1及sICAM-1水平正相关;子痫前期患者血清三者浓度明显高于正常对照组。
Objective: To investigate the serum levels of PAPP-A, sICAM-1 and sVCAM-1 in pregnant women with preeclampsia and the correlation between serum levels of PAPP-A and sVCAM- Test meaning. Methods: Serum levels of sI-CAM-1, sVCAM-1 and PAPP-A in 79 pregnant women with preeclampsia were detected by ELISA and compared with 60 normal pregnant women. Results: The PAPP-A level in preeclampsia group was significantly higher than that in normal control group (P <0.05). The levels of sICAM-1 and sVCAM-1 in preeclampsia group were significantly higher than those in normal control group (P <0.05). The level of PAPP-A in plasma of preeclampsia group was positively correlated with the levels of sV-CAM-1 and sICAM-1, r = 0.56, r = 0.76, P <0.05. Conclusion: The pathogenesis of preeclampsia is closely related to the activation of endothelial cells. The serum level of PAPP-A in preeclampsia is positively correlated with sVCAM-1 and sICAM-1. The serum concentrations of three in preeclampsia patients are significantly higher than those in normal controls group.
