目的 观察中度和严重急性低压缺氧对大鼠胃肠道粘膜生长抑素 (SS)的影响。 方法2 4只雄性 Wistar大鼠随机分成 3组 :地面组、5 0 0 0 m组和 10 0 0 0 m组。在低压舱内上升至 5 0 0 0 m、10 0 0 0 m各停留 30 min,取胃肠道粘膜 ,用放免法测定胃肠道粘膜 SS含量。 结果 15 0 0 0 m组十二指肠、小肠、盲肠 SS含量均明显高于地面组 ;2 10 0 0 0 m组十二指肠 SS含量显著高于地面组 ,十二指肠、盲肠 SS含量显著低于 5 0 0 0 m组 ;3各高度时胃窦部 SS含量均无显著性变化。 结论 中度急性低压缺氧引起的肠道粘膜 SS含量升高 ,是生物细胞的防护反应。严重缺氧时这种反应减弱或消失。
Objective To observe the effects of moderate and severe acute hypobaric hypoxia on somatostatin (SS) in gastrointestinal mucosa of rats. Methods 24 male Wistar rats were randomly divided into three groups: the ground group, the group of 500m and the group of 100m. In the low pressure cabin up to 500m, 100m stay for 30min, take the gastrointestinal mucosa, radioimmunoassay determination of gastrointestinal mucosal SS content. Results The content of SS in duodenum, small intestine and cecum in 15 0 0 0 m group was significantly higher than that in ground group. SS content in duodenum in 2 10 000 m group was significantly higher than that in ground group, duodenum and cecum SS The content of SS in gastric antrum was significantly lower than that in the group of 500 m. Conclusion The acute intestinal hypoxia-induced increase of intestinal mucosal SS content is the protective response of biological cells. This reaction weakens or disappears in severe hypoxia.
