目前,油气工业更关注施工效率和成本降低。这正是人们继续对单一井眼和小井眼施工感兴趣的原因。最显著的成本节约主要体现在:钻井所需的钻机尺寸;钻井过程中使用的井控材料;固套管所需的水泥质量;完井中油管和套管的尺寸和质量;钻屑的排出显著减少。本文介绍了一种新的适用于连续油管小井眼固井的装备设计。这项新技术是通过2in连续油管完成的。一个特殊装置,由一个连接在连续油管尾部的J型槽和2·55in密封器组成,可通过连接在321in套管尾部的密封插孔自动接合或拆卸。此工具是可回收的,容易调整和再利用,并且在固井过程中发生突变事件时可以剪断以便顺利起出连续油管。这项技术减少了水泥污染。此外,该技术还为固井方案提供了一个经济的方法,这在某些井中标准固井工作是达不到的。例如,当套管/油管管串中使用控制线激活的定位接头时,定位接头孔眼将有可能沉积水泥,这时使用传统固井技术就会堵塞控制线。本文描述了该技术的操作工艺、系统效益以及ENI-AGIP公司利用该系统做的一个小井眼完井设计。 At present, the oil and gas industry is more concerned about the construction efficiency and cost reduction. That’s why people continue to be interested in single borehole and slimhole construction. The most significant cost savings are mainly reflected in the size of the rig required to drill the well control material used in the drilling process, the cement quality required for the casing, the size and quality of the tubing and casing in the well, cut back. This paper presents a new design of the equipment that is suitable for the cased well cementing of coiled tubing. This new technology is done with 2in coiled tubing. A special unit consisting of a J-slot and a 2.55-inch sealer connected to the rear of the coiled tubing can be automatically engaged or disassembled through a sealing socket attached to the rear of the 321in. The tool is recyclable, easy to adjust and re-use, and can be severed in the event of a catastrophe event during well cementing to smooth out the coiled tubing. This technique reduces cement contamination. In addition, the technology provides an economical method of cementing options that are not achievable with standard well cementing in some wells. For example, when a control line activated snap-in is used in a bushing / tubing string, it may be possible to deposit cement on the bores, which can block the control line using conventional cementing techniques. This paper describes the operation of the technology, the system benefits, and a slimhole completion design by ENI-AGIP using the system.
