连续不断的价格战、概念战,中国的彩电制造业可能是中国产出新闻最多的产业板块。活跃的产业有两种可能性:一种是健康活跃;一种是病态脆弱。立体透视过“中国彩电”之后,你就会发现,“中国彩电”属于后一种情况。20多年的开放,中国的彩电制造商获得了长足的发展,但是不是像他们自己所表达的那样已经真正地强大起来了呢?如果把企业比作是鱼,政府以及其创设的制度环境就是水,消费者是上帝。鱼要健康生长,不单是取决于其本身,还需要鱼、水与上帝互动地、系统地发展。中国彩电产业之所以战事不断,一方面缘于其自身的缺陷,另一方面也缘于整个发展系统的矛盾。
