教学反思,是指教师对教育教学实践的再认识、再思考,并以此来总结经验教训,进一步提高教育教学水平。教学反思一直以来是教师提高个人业务水平的一种有效手段,教育上有成就的大家一直都非常重视。现在很多教师会从自己的教育实践中来反观自己的得失,通过教育案例、教育故事或教育心得等来提高教学反思的质量。教师只有及时反思自己的教学行为和教学过程,才能不断改进教学方法和策略,提升自我的教学能力和水平,以达到更好的驾驭新课程标准下的课堂的目的。
Teaching reflection refers to teachers’ re-understanding of education and teaching practice and rethinking, so as to sum up experiences and lessons and further improve education and teaching level. Teaching introspection has always been an effective means for teachers to improve their personal professional level. Everyone who has made achievements in education has always attached great importance to it. Nowadays, many teachers think about their own pros and cons from their own educational practices and improve the quality of their teaching reflections through educational cases, educational stories or educational experiences. Only when teachers reflect on their own teaching behavior and teaching process in time will teachers be able to continuously improve their teaching methods and strategies so as to improve their ability and level of teaching so as to achieve the goal of better controlling classes under the new curriculum standards.
