通过正交设计的模拟孤东小井距复合驱采出液的化学破乳脱水试验,确定碱(碳酸钠)是影响脱水率的主要因素,聚合物(3530S)是影响油水界面和脱出水含油量的主要因素。基于只含碱或聚合物的模拟采出液破乳脱水结果研制了几种适用的破乳剂,通过大规模的模拟复合驱采出液破乳脱水试验,发展成为DASP系列复配型高效破乳剂,在含高浓度驱油剂的复合驱采出液的室内破乳脱水试验中获得了良好的效果。复合驱采出液含驱油剂越多,含水越少,化学破乳效果越差。复合驱采出液经常规水驱采出液稀释后,用常规量的常规破乳剂可获得相对较好的破乳脱水效果。
