目的：探讨逆行股前外侧皮瓣修复膝部软组织缺损的疗效。方法应用逆行股前外侧皮瓣转移修复膝部软组织缺损5例，皮瓣面积10cm×7cm~19cm×15cm。结果5例皮瓣全部成活，创面I期愈合，经6~12个月随访，效果满意。结论逆行股前外侧皮瓣血供可靠，不牺牲主要血管，可切取面积大，是修复膝部软组织缺损的一种理想的手术方法。“,”Objective To discuss the application of reverse anterolateral thigh flap for coverage of soft tissue defect of the knee.Methods Reverse anterolateral thigh skin flap was applied for repairing of 5 cages with soft tissue defect of the knee.The maximal area of skin flap was 19cm×15 cm. and minimal area of skin flap was 10 cm×7 cm.Results All 6 flaps survived completey and first intention of wound was obtained.After 6~12 months follow-up,all patients were satisfied.Conclusion The reverse anterolateral thigh skin flap has a reliable blood supply and it can remain the main vessles,so it is an ideal method to repair the soft tissue defect of the knee.
