为研究合理的瓦斯抽采钻孔布孔参数,采用FLAC3D数值模拟的方法,分析了在巷道影响下钻孔破坏的过程。研究结果表明,平行布孔的钻孔孔壁应力集中程度一致,各个钻孔内部的应力分布相似。钻孔间距小于5倍开孔半径时,孔周煤体产生大范围塑性变形,导致孔壁稳定性差。布孔方式以及布孔间距对孔壁应力集中有较大的影响,采用平行布置方式比倾斜布孔方式的钻孔更为稳定,能够更为有效地保障瓦斯抽采。
In order to study reasonable parameters of gas drainage borehole, the method of FLAC3D numerical simulation was used to analyze the process of borehole destruction under the influence of roadway. The results show that the stress concentration in the hole wall of parallel holes is consistent and the stress distribution in each hole is similar. Hole spacing less than 5 times the hole radius, the hole around the body of a large plastic deformation of coal, resulting in poor hole wall stability. The layout of the holes and the distance between the holes have a greater influence on the stress concentration in the hole wall. The holes arranged in parallel are more stable than the holes drilled in the oblique holes, which can effectively ensure the gas drainage.
