文化企业作为文化与经济互动的微观机制,同时具备经济属性和文化属性。由于其与一般企业相比所具有的特殊文化属性,针对文化企业的社会责任研究急需拓展。本文首先对企业软实力和企业社会责任进行简要介绍;然后说明了文化企业社会责任的特殊性;最后提出了培育文化企业以社会责任为核心的软实力途。
As a micro-mechanism of interaction between culture and economy, cultural enterprises possess both economic and cultural attributes. Due to its special cultural attributes compared with ordinary enterprises, research on social responsibility for cultural enterprises urgently needs to be expanded. This paper first introduces the soft power of enterprises and corporate social responsibility briefly; then explains the particularity of social responsibility of cultural enterprises; finally puts forward the cultivation of soft power of cultural enterprises with social responsibility as the core.
