本文对医药期刊中关于奈福泮不良反应的散在报告进行了综合报道。奈福泮(平痛新)的不良反应主要涉及消化系统、神经系统、心血管系统及过敏反应,少见成瘾、过量中毒、呼吸停止、尿潴留等。医师使用本品时应注意患者选择,密切观察。
This article provides a comprehensive review of the scattered reports of side effects of nefopam in medical journals. Nefopam (Ping Huoxin) adverse reactions mainly related to the digestive system, nervous system, cardiovascular system and allergic reactions, rare addiction, excessive poisoning, respiratory arrest, urinary retention and so on. Physicians should pay attention to the patient choice when using this product, close observation.
