一、概况 目前泵站装置效率除个别站略高些外,一般都在60%以下。一方面水泵、电机要提高效率,另方面由于大多数泵站流道未经模型试验或整体装置试验,致使效率普遍偏低。所以必须不断改进,全面的优化设计。流道中配套的断流装置也应是建设和设计部门需要认真研究的问题。本文是探讨东江——深圳供水二期扩建工程泵站机组流道出口选定新型两节拍门为断流装置的设计及应用问题。
I. Overview At present, the efficiency of pumping station installation is slightly higher than that of individual stations, and generally below 60%. On the one hand pumps, motors to improve efficiency, on the other hand most of the pumping station runway without model tests or the overall device test, resulting in generally low efficiency. Therefore, we must constantly improve and optimize the overall design. Flow stop devices should also be supporting the construction and design departments need to seriously study the issue. This article is to investigate the design and application of a new type of two-way door as a flow interrupter at the outlet of the unit of pumping station of Dongjiang-Shenzhen Water Supply Phase II Expansion Project.
