由于课程决策者和课程实践者对课程的认识偏差,在对我国民族地区基础教育课程文化进行选择时,应树立课程文化多元平等、互惠共生的理念。注意课程文化选择时的多方参与,鼓励教材使用多样化,处理好国家课程与民族课程的主辅关系,编制适合双语教学的课程。协调汉民族文化和少数民族文化在课程文化中的关系,实现两者在课程文化中的权利平衡。
Due to the deviation of curricula from curriculum decision-makers and curriculum practitioners, we should establish the concept of multi-equality and reciprocal symbiosis of curriculum culture when choosing the curriculum culture of elementary education in ethnic minority areas of our country. Attention should be paid to the multi-participations in the selection of curriculum culture, the diversification of teaching materials should be encouraged, the main and auxiliary relations between the national curriculum and national curriculum should be handled, and the curriculum suitable for bilingual teaching should be prepared. Coordinate the relationship between Han nationality culture and ethnic minority culture in the curriculum culture and realize the balance of rights between the two in curriculum culture.
