近几年来,随着我国经济的高速发展,我国房地产业也一直保持着持续快速的增长。我国房地产业的发展基本是在依赖国内银行金融支持的基础上形成的,这就容易让国内房地产业完全把投资风险与融资风险都集中到国内商业银行身上。本文通过国际比较,理论分析和实证分析的方法,来研究我国房价与银行房地产信贷相关性问题。
