本文首先引出消费者权利所面临的问题,之后着重强调其合理性与解读内容,最后找出保护消费者权利的主要途径,为我国在消费者权利的经济法保护研究上提供参考经验。 This paper first leads to the problems faced by consumers ’rights, and then emphasizes its rationality and content of interpretation. Finally, it finds out the main ways to protect the rights of consumers and provides reference experience for the protection of consumers’ rights in China.
