当前,人才资源管理已经成为企业发展中的关键。虽然很多企业按照市场经济的要求,加强了人力资源管理,但同时也应当看到,很多企业还是存在不少人力资源管理的瓶颈问题,亟待进行突破和解决。根据企业可持续发展的要求,企业应当从“理念”瓶颈、“状态”瓶颈、制度和管理瓶颈等方面予以突破,提升人力资源管理的效能。
At present, talent resource management has become the key of enterprise development. Although many enterprises have strengthened human resources management in accordance with the requirements of the market economy, they should also see that many enterprises still have many bottlenecks in human resources management and are in urgent need of making breakthroughs and solutions. According to the requirements of sustainable development of enterprises, enterprises should make breakthroughs in aspects such as bottleneck, status, bottlenecks, systems and management bottlenecks in order to enhance the effectiveness of human resources management.
