由于孔径较小,垂直相交孔的相贯线部分去除毛刺、倒角、倒圆工序用常规工具无法实施操作。通过对垂直相交孔相贯线展开后曲线的分析,找到此空间曲线的变化规律,即基于相贯线的特点,切削刀具或磨头应当沿着一边旋转一边上下移动的空间曲线移动。为此设计了一个凸轮,以凸轮型面带动切削刀具或磨头完成空间曲线的加工。通过反复试验,解决了刀具的耐用度和啃刀问题。
Due to the smaller aperture, the intersection of the vertical intersection holes removes burrs, chamfers, and rounding operations with conventional tools. Through the analysis of the curves after the intersecting lines of perpendicular intersecting holes are developed, the changing law of this spatial curve is found.
