阳离子乳化沥青是近十几年来在国内外新发展起来的筑路材料.大庆油田公路工程公司自1980年开始进行阳离子乳化沥青路用性能的研究,先后突破了乳化剂、乳化机、乳化工艺、铺筑公路及路养护等一系列技术难关.研制出供试验用的齿轮泵加喷嘴乳化机,生产用的齿轮泵加喷嘴循环乳化机,齿轮泵柱塞喷嘴一次乳化机,并建成大型阳离子乳化沥青生产线.铺筑了贯入式路面660m~2,拌合式路面347m~2及6cm碎石稳定路3500m~2.通过三种试验路面证明,阳离子乳化沥青具有良好的工作度,路面各项技术指标均能达到国家标准.阳离子乳化沥青与热沥青施工相比,可节省热能30~50%,节省沥青15~40%,扩大骨料来源(酸性、碱性均可用),减少环境污染,减轻劳动强度,节省劳力20%;在东北寒冷地区一年内可延长施工期一个月.
