目的建立离子色谱测定化妆品中丙烯酸残留量的方法。方法化妆品样品经超声提取后,以IonPac AS11-HC阴离子柱(4 mm×250 mm I.D.)分离,淋洗液为30 mmol/L KOH,流速为0.8 ml/min,采用ASRS300 4-mm阴离子抑制器,电导检测器检测,标准曲线法定量。结果丙烯酸线性范围为1.16~46.4 mg/L,r=0.9996,检出限(S/N=3)为4.8 mg/kg。丙烯酸在膏霜、乳液、胶状成型贴膜类面膜3种基质中的加标回收率分别为89.1%~92.6%、93.5%~96.2%和90.5%~94.8%,日内精密度为1.8%,日间精密度为5.8%。结论该方法操作简单、快速、灵敏度高,可用于化妆品中丙烯酸残留量的检测。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of acrylic acid residues in cosmetics by ion chromatography. Methods Cosmetic samples were separated by sonication with IonPac AS11-HC column (4 mm × 250 mm ID), the eluent was 30 mmol / L KOH, the flow rate was 0.8 ml / min, and the ASRS300 4-mm anion Suppressor, conductivity detector detection, standard curve method. Results The linear range of acrylic acid was 1.16 ~ 46.4 mg / L, r = 0.9996. The limit of detection (S / N = 3) was 4.8 mg / kg. The spiked recoveries of acrylic acid in three kinds of matrices such as cream, lotion and gel-like film were 89.1% -92.6%, 93.5% -96.2% and 90.5% -94.8%, respectively. The intra-day precision was 1.8% Inter-precision of 5.8%. Conclusion The method is simple, rapid and sensitive. It can be used for the determination of acrylic acid residues in cosmetics.
