管板式横流10 kW CO2激光器的实验研究

本文叙述一台具有重复脉冲辅助放电的横向流动连续CO2激光器。实验研究了放电特性,并给出激光器增益和输出功率的实验和计算结果。激光器最大输出功率12600 W。在输出功率10200 W条件下一次充气连续运行超过8 h,功率不稳定度±1.5%。
