骨髓微血管在血液系统疾病的发生发展中具有重要作用,其形成受多种调控因子的交互影响。目前在多种恶性血液病及非恶性血液病均发现存在血管生成的异常,骨髓微血管密度可作为判断疾病预后的重要指标,并在部分疾病中具有分层意义。通过给予相应的治疗,抑制或促进血管新生对提高疾病疗效具有重要意义,但部分疗效机制仍有待于深入探讨。
Bone marrow microvessels play an important role in the development and progression of hematological diseases, and their formation is influenced by the interaction of many regulatory factors. Currently in a variety of hematological malignancies and non-hematologic malignancies were found to have abnormal angiogenesis, bone marrow microvessel density can be used as an important indicator to determine the prognosis of the disease, and in some diseases with stratification. By giving the appropriate treatment, inhibition or promotion of angiogenesis is of great importance to improve the efficacy of the disease, but some mechanisms of action remains to be further explored.
