〔目的〕通过对丙型肝炎病毒抗体检测试剂的比对检测,探讨诊断试剂盒的性能效果。〔方法〕采用6种第三代丙型肝炎病毒抗体酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)试剂检测抗-HCV,并应用逆转录聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)检测HCV-RNA作为验证试验。〔结果〕对2005—2007年518份血清(包括抗-HCV检测阳性血清)进行检测,A试剂阳性检出率最高为5.79%,C、D试剂检出阳性率最低为3.47%。与12份PCR检测阳性结果最为吻合的试剂为A、F试剂,都是11份阳性(符合率为91.7℅)。〔结论〕A和F试剂是检测抗-HCV较理想的试剂。
[Objective] To investigate the performance of diagnostic kit by comparing the detection of Hepatitis C virus antibody detection reagents. [Methods] Anti-HCV was detected by 6 kinds of third-generation hepatitis C virus antibody enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) reagents, and HCV-RNA was detected by reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) as validation test. [Results] A total of 518 serum samples (including anti-HCV positive sera) from 2005 to 2007 were detected. The highest positive rate of A reagent was 5.79%, while the lowest positive rate of C and D reagent was 3.47%. The most suitable reagents for 12 positive PCR tests were A and F reagents, all of which were positive (91.7%). [Conclusion] A and F reagents are better reagents for detecting anti-HCV.
