本文简要介绍碎岩工具的应用和国内金刚石钻进方法的发展。着重描述我局从1976年开始试验推广金刚石钻进的技术经济效果。九年来,实践证明金刚石钻进有下列优越性: 1、钻进效率高。与大口径岩心钻探相比,金刚石钻进平均台月效率提高70.6%,最高开动台年进尺提高18.3%,机械钻速提高87.5%。人造金刚石钻头寿命从1977年的17.95米提高到1984年的42.49米。 2、钻孔质量好。平均优质孔率由大口径岩心钻探的67.8%提高到金刚石钻进的83.3%。 3、孔内事故少。平均孔内事故率由大口径岩心钻探的15.2%下降到金刚石钻进的11.9%。 4、钻探成本低。1982—1984年金刚石钻进的单位成本比大口径岩心钻探分别低24、78、35、22、25、53元/米,共节约资金达190.7万元。今后的发展趋势是:大力推广以绳索取心钻探为主体的金刚石钻探;多工艺钻探:反循环连续取心钻探:最优化钻进“四大钻探技术”,逐步向遥控,计算机程控钻探发展。
This article briefly introduces the application of rock tools and the development of domestic diamond drilling methods. Highlighting the technical and economic effects of our trial drilling and popularizing diamond drilling since 1976. In nine years, diamond drilling has proved the following advantages: 1, high drilling efficiency. Compared with the large-diameter core drilling, the average drilling efficiency of diamond drilling increased by 70.6%, the maximum starting table height increased by 18.3%, ROP by 87.5%. The life of synthetic diamond bits increased from 17.95 meters in 1977 to 42.49 meters in 1984. 2, good drilling quality. The average high-quality porosity increased from 67.8% for large-diameter core drilling to 83.3% for diamond drilling. 3, hole less accidents. The average hole accident rate dropped from 15.2% for large bore core drilling to 11.9% for diamond drilling. 4, drilling low cost. The unit cost of diamond drilling in 1982-1984 was 24,78,35,22,25,53 yuan / m lower than that of large-diameter core drilling, saving a total of 1.970 million yuan. The future development trend is: vigorously promote the diamond coring drilling as the main body of the diamond drilling; multi-technology drilling: reverse circulation continuous coring drilling: optimization drilling “four drilling technology” and gradually to the remote control, computer-controlled drilling development.
