基于实证分析法和定性分析法,以小猪短租为对象,从蓝海战略的角度研究了非标准住宿产业的战略目标、供给需求以及价值创新点。本文首先阐述了非标准住宿产业和蓝海战略的基本概念和理论,然后运用蓝海战略中的四部动作框架和制定原则等,具体分析研究了小猪短租的蓝海战略,最后总结出蓝海不是一劳永逸的,要不断的进行价值创新才能永葆不败之地。
Based on empirical analysis and qualitative analysis, this paper studies the short-rent pig rent target from the blue ocean strategic point of view of the non-standard accommodation industry’s strategic objectives, supply demand and value innovation. This paper first describes the basic concepts and theories of non-standard accommodation industry and Blue Ocean Strategy, and then makes use of the four action frameworks and formulation principles in the Blue Ocean Strategy to analyze and study the Blue Ocean Strategy of Short-Term Pigs Shortage and concludes that Blue Ocean is not a once and for all , To continue the value of innovation can always undefeated.
